The interested bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 units of general shares and 1000 units of promoter shares at a minimum price of Rs 100 per unit.
Presently, the market price of the stock is at Rs 1303. The interested bidders can bid for the shares from NIBL Ace Capital at Lazimpat, Laldurbar, Lagankhel, Pokhara, Butwal, Birgunj and Biratnagar. Moreover, they can place their bid from Surkhet, Nepalgunj, Narayangadh and Dhangadhi branch of Nepal Investment Bank.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 37.9 million that will reach Rs 56.8 million after the right issue.
In the last FY, the company earned a net profit of Rs 7.3 million. The company has announced of distributing 10 percent stock and 11.05 percent cash dividend for the last FY. It has EPS of Rs 19.48.
