Accordingly, the shareholders registered in its book till October 20 can attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The same meeting decided to call out its 7th AGM on November 3. The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 25 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is distributable after approval from its AGM as it has been already approved by NRB.
The company with Rs 101 million in paid-up capital has Rs 64.4 million in reserve fund. It has EPS of Rs 39.08.
