Guheshwori Merchant Banking and Finance Calls Out AGM on November 2

Guheshwori Merchant Banking and Finance (GMFIL) has called out its 17th annual general meeting on November 2. The 196th board of directors meeting of the company held on October 8 decided to call the AGM in Guheshwori Bhawan, Harihar Bhawan, Lalitpur at 11:00PM.

In the meeting, the company will endorse a proposal of distributing 5.2332 percent cash dividend worth Rs 42.1 million to its shareholders. In the previous FY, the company distributed 17.79 percent stock dividend.

Moreover, the AGM will approve financial reports of the last FY, elect 3 directors from promoter and 2 directors from general shareholders and delegate authority to BOD for potential merger or acquisition.

For the AGM purpose, the company will close its book from October 26 to November 2, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till October 25 will be eligible to apply for the right shares.
