The company is auctioning 37,216.50 units of unclaimed right shares including 799.60 units of promoter and 36,416.90 units of general shares till October 12.
The interested bidders can bid for the shares from its issue manager NMB Capital at Naagpokhari and Biratnagar, Birgunj, Butwal, Pokhara, Nepalgunj, Surkhet and Dhangadhi branch of NMB Bank.
The bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 units of shares and a maximum of all shares divisible by 10 at a minimum price of Rs 100.
The company issued 35 percent i.e. 2,244,973.50 units right shares from July 1 to August 5.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 641.4 million that will increase to Rs 865.9 million after the right issue.
