Civil Laghubitta has proposed of distributing 4 percent stock and 3.50 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. In the last FY, it distributed 4 percent stock and 0.23 cash dividend.
Similarly, Srijana Finance has proposed of distributing 15 percent stock and 9.50 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. In the last FY, it distributed 32.50 percent stock and 2.63 percent cash dividend.
The proposed dividends are subjected to approval from NRB and the upcoming AGMs of the respective companies.
