The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and the upcoming AGM of the company.
The company with Rs 140.8 million in paid-up capital will distribute bonus share worth Rs 21.1 million and cash dividend worth Rs 1.1 million for tax.
After the bonus share distribution, the paid-up capital will reach Rs 161.9 million.
