The AGM is subjected to endorse a proposal of distributing 20 percent stock and 22.11 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will approve the financial reports, amend the article of association and policies and appoint auditor for the current FY.
For the AGM, the company is closing its book from November 27 to December 11, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till November 26 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
