Swadeshi Laghubitta to auction unsold right shares from December 6

Swadeshi Laghubitta (SDESI) is set to auction unsold right shares from December 6-14. The company is auctioning 61,005 units of ordinary shares that went unsold during its issuance from October 9-November 12.

The company has appointed NIC Asia Capital as its issue manager. The interested bidders can bid for the shares from NIC Asia Capital at Babarmahal. The bidders can also bid from Naubasta-Banke, Bharatpur-Chitwan, Pokhara Leknath-Kaski, Butwal-Rupandehi, Jitpur-Bara, Belbari-Morang, Attaria-Kailali and head office at Itahari-Sunsari of Swadeshi Laghubitta.

The bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 and maximum of 20,000 units under NRB limit at a minimum price of Rs 100.

Swadeshi Microfinance headquartered at Itahari of Sunsari has paid-up capital Rs 115 million that will reach Rs 230 million after capitalization of the right issue.

The last traded price of Swadeshi Laghubitta is at Rs 630 in Nepal Stock Exchange.
