As per Murahari parajuli, spokesperson of NEPSE, both companies held up information regarding their proposed dividend, thus, NEPSE suspended their trading to investigate the matter.
The board of directors meeting of Nadep Laghubitta took the decision of proposing 30 percent stock dividend on November 28, however, the company submitted the information to NEPSE on November 30 only.
Similarly, Nepal Lube Oil decided to propose 30 percent cash and 10 percent stock dividend on November 29, but submitted the information to NEPSE on December 2 after market closure.
