The meeting is supposed to postpone previously endorsed FPO proposal, instead, issue 1:1 right shares and delegate authority to BOD to carry out further procedure. The meeting is set to approve proposals on increasing authorized and issued capital and amend its article of association and policies as per change in capitals.
Moreover, the meeting is scheduled to approve financial reports of the last FY, appoint auditor for the current FY and approve loan for upcoming project Kabeli B-1 Cascade.
