The bank is conducting its 32nd AGM on January 21. The 377th board of directors meeting of the bank held on December 7 decided to call out the AGM in Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu at 1:00 PM.
The AGM is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 17.50 percent cash dividend to its shareholders along with other proposals.
