Forward Community (FOWAD)has announced a dividend of the last FY. The 75th board of directors meeting of the company held on December 8 decided to propose 45 percent dividend to its shareholders.
The company proposed of distributing 45 percent dividend including 25 percent stock and 20 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and the upcoming AGM of the company.
