Nepal SBI Bank (SBI) has announced dividend of the last FY. The 432th board of directors meeting of the bank held on December 15 decided to propose 15.79 percent dividend in its upcoming 25th AGM.
The bank proposed to distribute 15.79 percent dividend including 5 percent bonus share and 10.79 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and the upcoming AGM of the bank.
The net profit of development banks has declined less compared to commercial banks and finance companies in the third quarter.
