The company is endorsing a proposal of distributing 20 percent dividend to its shareholders. The company will distribute 10 percent stock and 10 percent cash dividend worth Rs 72.6 million each.
The company is conducting its AGM in United World Trade Centre, Tripureshwor, Kathmandu on January 4 at 11:00 AM.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 799.3 million that will reach Rs 879.3 million after the bonus share distribution.
