The AGM is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 11.5 percent cash dividend worth Rs 937.5 million to its shareholders. Moreover, the bank will amend its article of association to facilitate share brokerage services.
The meeting will also delegate authority to BOD to forward required procedure as per the directive of regulatory bodies.
