Shangrila Development Bank (SADBL) has announced dividend of the last FY. The 221st board of directors meeting of the bank held on December 18 decided to propose 9.30 percent dividend to its shareholders.
The bank will distribute 9.30 percent dividend including 4 percent stock and 5.30 percent cash dividend upon approval from NRB and the upcoming AGM of the bank.
Nepal Reinsurance Comapny (NRIC) has announced dividend of the last FY.
