The meeting is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 18 percent cash and 10 percent stock dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will approve the financial reports of the last FY, appoint auditor for the current FY, elect four directors including two independent and two directors from general shareholders (one female director) and amend article of association.
For the AGM, the company will close its book from December 24- January 11, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 23 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
