Prime Commercial Bank (PCBL) has announced a dividend of the last FY. The 348th board of directors meeting of the bank decided to propose 16 percent stock dividend to its shareholders
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and the upcoming AGM of the bank.
Presently, the bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 8.033 billion that will reach Rs 9.318 billion after the bonus share distribution.
