The company is conducting its 17th AGM on January 10 in Amrapali Banquet at 10:30 AM. The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 25 percent stock and 11.8421 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the company is set to propose issuance of further public offering (FPO) worth Rs 104.8 million in its upcoming 17th AGM. The company is planning to issue the FPO and convert promoter share worth Rs 66 million to ordinary share in a bid to restructure its promoter and ordinary share ratio to 51:49 from existing 70:30.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 503.1 million. After the bonus share distribution, the paid-up capital will reach Rs 628.8 million.
