Jebil's Finance Starts Auctioning Unsold Right Shares

Jebil's Finance (JEFL) is auctioning 997,628 units of unsold right shares from today, December 25-January 1. The company is auctioning 665,955.50 units of promoter right shares and 331,672.50 units of general right shares that went unsold during its issuance from June 24 to August 13.

The interested bidders can bid for the shares from Sunrise Capital at Kamalpokhari-Kathmandu and Biratnagar, Birgunj, Butwal, Pokhara, Nepalgunj, Surkhet and Dhangadhi branch of Sunrise Bank. The bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 units for general shares and 1000 for promoter shares and maximum of all shares under NRB limit at a minimum price of Rs 100.

Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 577.9 million that will reach Rs 809.1 million after the capitalization of the right issue.
