The company is auctioning 557,774.57 units promoter right shares and 247,309.90 units of general right shares that went unsold during its issuance.
The interested bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 units of both promoter and general shares while the maximum of all shares under NRB limit at a minimum price of Rs 100.
The company has appointed Prabhu Capital as its issue manager. The interested bidders can bid for the shares from Prabhu Capital Limited at Kamaladi, Milanchowk- Butwal, Amarpath-Butwal, Nepalgunj-Banke, Jitpur-Kapilvastu, Kawasoti-Nawalparasi, Bardaghat-Nawalparasi, Ghorahi-Dang and Newroad-Pokhara.
Moreover, the bidders can place their bid from Aadarshanagar-Birgunj, Jaljalachowk-Biratnagar, Birendranagar-Surkhet and Godawariroad-Dhangadi of Prabhu Bank.
