The AGM is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 20 percent dividend including 10 percent stock and 10 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will amend various clauses in its article of association and delegate authority to BOD to carry out required procedure as per directive of regulatory bodies.
For that matter, the bank is closing its book from January 10 to January 25, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till January 9 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
