Aarambha Microfinance is conducting its 4th AGM today in Panchakanya Banquet, Banepa-8, Pulbazaar, Kavrepalanchowk at 11:00 AM.
The meeting is endorsing a proposal of issuing 10:7 right shares in a bid to raise its paid-up capital. Moreover, the bank will delegate authority to BOD to carry out any required procedure as per regulatory bodies, approve financial reports and appoint an auditor for the current FY.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 60 million that will reach Rs 102 million after the right issue.
Similarly, Api Power Company is conducting its 15th AGM in Karki Banquet, Babarmahal, Kathmandu at 10:00 AM. The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 5 percent bonus share to its shareholders.
