Central Finance (CFCL) has announced a dividend of the last FY. The 268th board of directors meeting of the company held on January 11 decided to propose 7 percent stock dividend to its shareholders.
The announced dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and the upcoming AGM of the company.
The net profit of development banks has declined less compared to commercial banks and finance companies in the third quarter.
