The company has not proposed any dividend to its shareholders since the last three FYs. The meeting is supposed to approve the financial reports of the last FY, appoint auditor for the current FY and delegate authority to BOD to amend its article of association and regulations.
The company is closing its book on February 13 for the upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till February 12 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
