Janauttan Samudayik Laghubitta (JSLBB) has proposed dividend of the last FY. The 127th board of directors meeting of the company held on January 28 decided to propose 20 percent stock and cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders.
In the previous FY also, the company distributed 20 percent stock and 1. 05 percent cash dividend.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and the upcoming AGM of the company.
NIC Asia Bank (NICA) has published its third quarter report of the current FY. As per the report, the bank’s net profit has declined during the period.
