The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 12 percent stock and 0.63 percent cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders for FY 2073/74. The company that previously proposed of distributing 37.89 percent cut the dividend after IB interference.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 1.33 billion that will reach Rs 1.49 billion after the stock dividend.
For the AGM, the company is closing its book from March 5, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 4 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
