The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 25 percent stock and 10 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Similarly, the meeting will endorse 7 board members. The company will close its book on March 8 for the AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 7 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 122.7 million that will reach Rs 153.4 million after the bonus share distribution.
