The company is conducting its 16th AGM on March 18 in Rastriya Sabha Griha, Exhibition Road, Kathmandu at 9:00 AM.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 12 percent stock and 0.63 percent cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders for FY 2073/74. The company that previously proposed of distributing 37.89 percent cut the dividend after IB interference.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 1.33 billion that will reach Rs 1.49 billion after the stock dividend.
