The insurance company proposed distributing 25 percent stock and 23.5 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. In the previous FY, the company distributed 70.53 percent dividend including 42 percent stock and 28.53 percent stock dividend.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from IB and its upcoming AGM.
