Salt Trading is conducting its 52nd AGM on March 25 at 11:00 AM. The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 25 percent stock and 10 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Similarly, the meeting will endorse 7 board members. Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 122.7 million that will reach Rs 153.4 million after the bonus share distribution.
