The company is conducting its 9th AGM on March 29 in Aadarsha Banquet, Jhapa, Birtamod at 11:30 AM.
The meeting is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 9.38 percent stock and 0.49 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the AGM will also approve a proposal of issuing 4:1 right share of the paid-up capital maintained after the bonus share distribution.
