The company has listed a special agenda of forwarding merger process with suitable partners for the AGM. For that matter, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD.
Moreover, the meeting is also endorsing a proposal of issuing 66.66 percent right shares to increase its paid-up capital to Rs 100 million.
Apart from these proposals, the AGM will amend its article of association and policies to pave way for functioning as insurance agent, remittance provider and digital currency facilitator.
For the AGM, the company is closing its book on March 21, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 20 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
