Listing of shares of Shivam Cement has made it 19th listed company in manufacturing and processing group.
As per the financial report submitted by the company, NEPSE tends to give an opening range of Rs 161.60 to Rs 484.80 for the first transaction.
Earlier, Shivam Cement issued 4,699,640 units of shares including 4.4 million unit shares at the rate of Rs 300 per share to general public and 579,640 units at the rate of Rs 200 to residents of Makwanpur.
