Agriculture Development Bank (ADBL)
Agriculture Development Bank is conducting its AGM on March 29 in its Central Training Centre at Bode, Bhaktapur.
The meeting is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 15.053 percent cash and 6 percent stock dividend to its shareholders.
After the bonus share distribution, the bank will have paid-up capital of Rs 9.98 billion excluding preference share of Nepal Government worth Rs 5.43 billion.
The bank closed its book on February 28, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till February 27 are eligible to attend its AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
National Life Insurance (NLICL)
National Life Insurance Company is conducting its 30th AGM on March 29 on National Life Building, Head Office, Lazimpat, Kathmandu.
The meeting is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 13.5 percent stock and cash dividend of Rs 18.8 million for tax purpose. Moreover, the meeting will amend the article of association and policies as per the requirement of regulatory bodies.
The company closed its book on March 15, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 14 are eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 2.649 billion which will reach Rs 3.007 billion after the bonus share distribution.
Nagbeli Laghubitta (NBBL)
Nagbeli Laghubitta is conducting its 9th AGM on March 29 in Aadarsha Banquet, Jhapa, Birtamod at 11:30 AM.
The meeting is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 9.38 percent stock and 0.49 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the AGM will also approve a proposal of issuing 4:1 right share of the paid-up capital maintained after the bonus share distribution.
The company is closed its book on March 13, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 12 are eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
