The AGM will endorse a proposal of distributing 10.25 percent stock dividend for the FY 2073/74 and 4.05 percent cash dividend for the FY 2074/75.
Moreover, the AGM will elect three directors each from the promoter and ordinary shareholder, amend Article of Association and appoint an auditor for the current FY.
For the AGM, the bank is closing its book on April 23, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till April 22 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
