The bank is conducting AGMs of last two FYs on May 10 in Amritbhog, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
The AGM will endorse a proposal of distributing 10.25 percent stock dividend for the FY 2073/74 and 4.05 percent cash dividend for the FY 2074/75.
Moreover, the AGM will elect three directors each from the promoter and ordinary shareholder, amend Article of Association and appoint an auditor for the current FY.
