Mithila Laghubitta to auction unsold right shares from May 3

Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (MLBBL) is set to auction 21,642.69 units of unsold right shares from May 3.

The company is auctioning 13,977.79 units of promoter and 7,664.91 units of ordinary shares that went unsold during its issuance.

The interested bidders can bid for the shares from BOK Capital Market, Kamaladi-Kathmandu and branches of Bank of Kathmandu at Mainroad-Biratnagar, Bhadrapur Road-Birtamod, Aadarshanagar- Birgunj, Station Road-Janakpur, Mainroad-Hetauda, Loins Chowk-Narayangath, Newroad-Pokhara, Traffic Chowk-Butwal, Baglung, Ghorahi, Dhamboji, Surkhetroad-Nepalgunj, Birendrachowk-Birendranagar, Mainroad Chauraha-Dhangadh i.

Moreover, the bidders can bid from headoffice of Dhalkebar-Dhanusha and Kanchanpur branch of Jyoti Bikas Bank.

The interested bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 units for ordinary share or 100 units of promoter shares at a minimum price of Rs 100.

Mithila Laghubitta distributed 10.45 percent stock and 0.549999 percent cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders. The company has a paid-up capital of Rs 105.861 million after the distribution of bonus shares and issuance of 50 percent right issue.

Nepal reports 1,172 new COVID-19 Cases; 637 in Valley

On Wednesday, Nepal has confirmed 1,172 additional COVID-19 cases. With this, the number of COVID-19 cases has reached 67,804 in the country. Out of them, 17,414 are active cases.
