Net Profit of Miteri Increases While Sahayogi's Decreases

Miteri Bikas Bank (MDB) has increased its net profit by 7.5 million while the net profit of Sahayogi Bikas Bank (@SBBLJ@)  has decreased by 5.9 million in the third quarter of the current FY.

In the Q3, Miteri Development Bank (MDB) has increased its net profit by Rs 7.5 million to Rs 80.4 million compared to Rs 72.8 million of the corresponding period of the last FY.

During the period, the company collected deposit of Rs 4.32 billion and extended loan of Rs 3.78 billion. The bank earned net interest income of Rs 160.6 million during the period.

The bank has paid-up capital of Rs 585 million and reserve fund of Rs 192.1 million. Meanwhile, it has bad debt of 0.48 percent, EPS of Rs 18.33, net worth per share of Rs 132.84 and P/E ratio of 13.20 times.

Similarly, the net profit of Sahayogi Bikas Bank (SBBLJ) decreased by Rs 5.9 million to Rs 70.4 million in the review period compared to Rs 76.3 million of the last FY.

During the period, the company collected deposit of Rs 4.33 billion and extended loan of Rs 3.85 billion. The bank earned net interest income of Rs 150.7 million.

The bank has paid-up capital of Rs 509.6 million and reserve fund of Rs 198.3 million. The bank maintained bad debt of 1.69 percent, EPS of Rs 16.58, net worth per share of Rs 138.93 and P/E ratio of 10.23 times.
