The regulatory body adjusted the stock price at Rs 1,016.80 after the announcement of 25 percent stock dividend. The average base price of the stock is at Rs 1,350.90.
The company is conducting its 19th AGM on May 18 in Hotel Diyalo, Birgunj at 9.30 AM.
The AGM is scheduled to endorse a proposal of distributing 48.5 percent dividend including 25 percent stock and 23.50 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will approve proposals of increasing its authorized capital at Rs 10 billion and appoint an auditor for the current FY.
For the upcoming AGM, the company closed its book on May 2, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till April 30 (May 1 being a public holiday for International Workers' Day) are eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend
