Nepal Stock Exchange has assigned (SPARS) code to the company. For the first transaction, NEPSE provided an opening range of Rs100.38 to Rs 301.14 to the company.
The company had issued 269,630 units of shares in IPO from March 10-13. It listed 829,630 units of shares in NEPSE on May 5.
After the IPO, the paid-up capital of the company has reached Rs 82.9 million with promoter and general shareholder ratio of 62.5:32.5.
In the third quarter of the current FY, the company earned a net profit of Rs 6 million.
