The company has proposed 86 percent stock dividend to its shareholders. the company will distribute Rs 462.9 million worth of stock dividend, however, the shareholders will have to pay taxes by themselves.
After the stock dividend, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 1.12 billion.
