The bank has appointed Civil Capital markets as its issue manager. The interested investors can bid for a minimum of 200,000 units of shares and maximum of all shares under NRB limit at a minimum price of Rs 100.
The investors can bid for the shares from Civil Capital Markets at Sundhara, Kathmandu. The last traded price of the stock was Rs 116.
