The company is issuing 100 million mutual fund units, out of which, 15 percent has been allocated to Citizens bank International as seed capital. The remaining 85 million mutual fund units have been issued to the general public.
The interested investors can apply from C-ASBA approved BFIs and through meroshare software. The investors can apply for a minimum of 100 and maximum of 20 million units.
The issue will close early on May 27 and lately on June 23.
