The company is issuing 674,000 units ordinary shares worth Rs 67.4 million. Out of the total offered shares, the company has allocated 33,700 units to mutual fund and 10,370 units to employees. The general public can apply for the remaining 639,930 units of shares.
The company has appointed Civil Capital as its issue manager. The interested investors can apply for the shares from all C-ASBA approved BFIs and through meroshare software.
