The company will distribute 79.79 percent bonus share worth Rs 466 million and 7.2 percent cash dividend worth Rs 24.5 million
After the bonus share distribution, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 1.05 billion.
In the previous FY, the company distributed 13.52 percent bonus share.
