The meeting is scheduled to endorse a proposal of distributing 14.74 percent cash dividend worth Rs 74.2 million. The dividend is receivable by the shareholders registered in its book till July 10, 2018.
Similarly, the bank will endorse a proposal of acquisition with Deva Bikas Bank. The meeting will approve swap ratio of 1:1 for the acquisition. The bank is closing its book from July 12 for the acquisition.
