Net Profit of Ngadi Group Power Decreases

The net profit of Ngadi Group Power (NGPL) has decreased by 3.53 percent to Rs 41.6 million in the third quarter of the current FY compared to Rs 43.2 million of the corresponding period of the last FY.

The decrease in its profit is attributed to decreased sale of electricity and increased project expense.

In the review period, the company earned Rs 106.6 million through the sale of electricity which was Rs 109.9 million in the last FY. In the period, the company raised its project expenses by Rs 783,000.

The company earned Rs 1.1 million through other sources. The company with Rs 535.5 million in paid-up capital has reserve fund of Rs 45.2 million.

The company maintained EPS of Rs 10.38, net worth per share of Rs 108.44 and P/E ratio of 11.56 times.
