As per the company, the dividend will be directly send to bank account mentioned in demat account of concerned shareholders through connect-IPS system of Nepal Clearing House from June 13.
The dividend is receivable by the shareholders registered in its book till May 30.
For the shareholders who have not updated their bank accounts in demat account, the company has urged them to update their bank account numbers to get the dividend.
Moreover, the company has requested shareholders to bring 'no objection letter' from BFIs in case of share kept as collateral.
Likewise, the company also urged its shareholders who have not collected dividend of FY 2070/71 and 071/72 to contact its office at Jawalakhel.
