Nepal Insurance (NIC) has announced dividend of the last FY. The 28th board of directors meeting of the company held on June 20 decided to propose bonus share and cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders.
The company decided to propose stock dividend of 7.5 percent worth Rs 76.4 million and cash dividend worth Rs 4 million to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from Insurance Board and upcoming AGM of the company.
NIC Asia Bank (NICA) has published its third quarter report of the current FY. As per the report, the bank’s net profit has declined during the period.
